Account Deletion
You can delete your Beepit account and data at any time. How you do it depends on how you use Beepit. This page explains each path and what gets removed.
If you joined an event as an attendee
Anonymous attendees: open the event in the app and choose the option to be forgotten (shown when you finish or leave an event). This immediately and permanently removes your attendee record from our systems.
Verified attendees / staff: open the app, go to your dashboard, and tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen. You’ll be asked to confirm in a dialog titled “Delete your account?” Confirming permanently deletes your account; you’ll lose access to staff chat and any events you’ve joined, and you’d need to verify again and rescan a code to rejoin. This can’t be undone.
If you run events as an organizer
Organizer accounts are deleted on the web, from your signed-in Beepit account. In the app, open your dashboard and tap “Delete your account at beepit.app,” or go directly to:

On that page you’ll confirm by typing DELETE. You can only delete once every event and season pass you own is archived; if something isn’t archived yet, the page tells you what to archive first. Before deleting, you can download any event or season-pass reports you want to keep — they cannot be recovered afterward.
Deleting an organizer account permanently destroys your organizer profile, every event you’ve owned (including chat history and broadcasts), every season pass and its chat history, every attached report, and your sign-in.
What is removed, and what remains
- Removed: your account and, for organizers, the events, passes, and reports you created.
- Attendee personal information (phone, email, or device identifier) is removed on the schedule in our Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy — 30 days after the relevant event ends.
- Retained: anonymous event statistics that never contained a name, phone, or email and cannot be tied back to any individual, plus any billing records we are required to keep for tax and dispute purposes.
