Simple, Per-Event Pricing — Built to Replace Texts, Emails, and Group Chats.

Email blasts get buried in spam folders. Group texts turn into a 200-message reply-all thread nobody can follow. And most “free” tools stop being free the moment you actually need to reach everyone. beepit was built specifically for event-day communication — instant, one-way, and segmented by group — and priced the way it should be: by the event, not by the message, the contact, or the month.

No accounts, no phone numbers, no personal data collected

Attendees join with a scan, not a sign-up.

Pay per event, not a monthly subscription you forget to cancel

Every other option on this page bills you whether you’re running an event or not.

One-way, segmented broadcasts — not another reply-all group chat

Reach staff only, attendees only, or everyone, without the noise.

No per-message fees, no carrier spam filtering

Your update actually reaches people, every time, without a per-text meter running.

A free tier that’s actually free

Not a 14-day trial wearing a “free plan” costume.

Here's exactly what you'll pay.

One flat price per event – no subscriptions, no contracts, no surprises.

Cheaper than email marketing — and built for the day of, not the drip campaign

Mailchimp and Constant Contact are built to nurture a mailing list over months. You’re paying every month whether you send one email or fifty — and updates still have to survive spam filters and a crowded inbox.

beepit
$0–$24.95 per event
Pay per event — nothing due next month
Mailchimp / Constant Contact
$13–$68+/mo
Monthly subscription — billed whether you send or not

One flat price beats paying per message

Text-Em-All and Call-Em-All charge by the credit or lock you into a monthly plan sized for constant messaging. A single event with a handful of updates still runs the meter.

beepit
$24.95–$195.95 per event
One price, unlimited messages for the whole event
Text-Em-All / Call-Em-All
9¢–6¢/credit, or $19–$599/mo
Pay per message sent, or a recurring plan

Free isn't free once it gets messy

GroupMe and Band cost nothing to use — but they weren’t built for event-day communication, and it shows once a group gets past a handful of people.

beepit’s Free tier does the one thing group chat can’t: keep it one-way, organized, and contained to the event.

Pricing questions, answered.

The fine print on billing, limits, and upgrades – without actually needing fine print.

What exactly counts as "one event"?

One event is one QR code and one scheduling window — the tier you pick applies to everything under that single event, from setup through its scheduling window closing. Running five separate tournaments? That’s five events, each priced (or covered) on its own.

No. Free is a real, complete tier — not a trial — so you can create an event and start communicating without entering any payment information.
You can upgrade that event to a higher tier at any point, or free up room by archiving groups you’re done with — archived groups don’t count against your limit, only active ones do.
A Season Pass bundles a set number of events into a 6-month window at a discount over paying per event. It only pays off if you’re running enough events in that window — for Standard, that’s about 10 events; for Pro, about 9. Running fewer than that? Buying individually is the cheaper option, and that’s fine too.
The one-off Pro price is built for occasional use. If you’re running Pro-tier events regularly, the Pro Season Pass is the intended path — it brings your effective cost down to roughly $117 per event instead of $195.95.
No — your pass locks in its event count and price the moment you buy it. If pricing changes down the line, it only applies to new purchases, not passes you already own.

That’s your event’s full lifespan in one number — how far ahead you can schedule it, and how long it can stay active once it starts. Free gives you 30 days, Standard 90, Pro 180, and Premier/Custom have no limit at all.

Ready to run your best event yet?

Thousands of organizers are still drowning in group texts, missed announcements, and last-minute scrambles. You don’t have to be one of them. beepit is free to get started – no credit card, no commitment, just better communication from day one.
