Delete your beepit account
You can delete your beepit account yourself at any time. How depends on how you use beepit.
If you joined an event without signing in
Open the event in the beepit app and tap “Forget me on this device”. This immediately removes your device ID, your notification token and your session from our systems.
If you signed in with a phone number (event staff and attendees)
Open the beepit app, go to your Dashboard and tap “Delete account” at the bottom of the screen. Confirm, and your account is deleted right away.
If you are an organizer
Organizer accounts are deleted on the web:
Go to organizer account deletion
Sign in, then type DELETE to confirm. This permanently deletes your organizer account and everything it owns: every event and season pass, their groups, chats, voice notes, broadcasts and reports, and your sign-in. Download any reports you want to keep first; they cannot be recovered afterwards.
What is deleted, and what is kept
When you delete your account we immediately and permanently remove:
- your phone number or email address and the dates you verified them
- your device ID, notification tokens and sessions
- copies of your phone number or email kept with sign-in codes
- every voice note you sent
- your blocks, muted chats and season chat memberships
What stays carries nothing that identifies you:
- Text messages you sent in a team chat stay in that event, shown as “Deleted user”, until the event’s chat is deleted on its normal schedule (30 days after the event is archived).
- Event reports that organizers already downloaded or generated list chat senders as “Organizer”, “Staff 1”, “Staff 2” or “Deleted user”, never by phone number or email.
- Anonymous counts, such as how many messages an event sent.
- For organizers, payment records held by our payment processor, Stripe, as the law requires.

Can’t use the app?
Email [email protected] with the phone number or email address you signed in with. We will confirm the request is yours and delete the account within 30 days.
