Common topics

  • Joining an event: open the app and scan the code your organizer gave you. If you can’t scan, use the manual entry option to type the event details.
  • Refunds: purchases are largely non-refundable, but exceptions are handled case by case. Contact us within 15 days of the event ending.
  • Deleting your account: you can delete it in the app under account settings, or email us to request it.
  • Exporting your data: organizers can export event data as CSV from within the app.
